How do I change the Date & Time?

+ Avaya/Lucent/AT&T

1. Press Feature 00(enters programming mode)
2. Press left intercom button twice
3. Press #103(code to change time)
4. Enter correct time use military format HH MM(1 PM = 1300)
5. Press #101(code to change date)
6. Enter Date MM DD YY
7. Press # 102( Code to set day of week)
8. Enter Day Code Sun=1, Mon=2, Tue=3, Wed=4, Thur=5, Fri=6. Sat=7
9. Press # Feature 00(exits programming)

+ Partner Endeavor, ACS

1. Press Feature 00(enters programming mode)
2. Press left intercom button twice
3. Press #103(code to change time)
4. Enter correct time use military format HHMM(1 PM = 1300)
5. Press #101(code to change date)
6. Enter Date MM DD YY
7. Press # Feature 00 (exits programming)

+ Nortel CICS/MICS

1. Press Feature 8463 Password: 23646 and press OK.
2. Hour will be displayed, press Change to amend the hour setting.
3. The display prompts you to choose AM or PM.
4. Press Change to change between AM or PM and press OK.
5. Press NEXT and the minutes will be displayed.
6. Press CHANGE. To change the minutes setting Press OK.
7. Press RLS to end the session if you do not want to go on to change the date. To change the date, continue with step 9.
8. Press NEXT. Year will be displayed, press Change to amend the year setting.
9. Press NEXT. The month will display, press Change to amend the month setting.
10. Press NEXT. Day of the month will display, press Change to amend the day setting.
11. Press RLS End of session. After a few seconds, the correct date and time reappear on the display.

+ BCM50/200/400/450

To set the date and time using any M7310, M7324 or T7316e telephone:

1. Press Feature 8463 ID: 738662 and press OK. Password: 266344 and press OK.
2. Hour will be displayed, press Change to amend the hour setting.
3. The display prompts you to choose AM or PM.
4. Press Change to change between AM or PM and press OK.
5. Press NEXT and the minutes will be displayed.
6. Press CHANGE. To change the minutes setting Press OK.
7. Press RLS to end the session if you do not want to go on to change the date. To change the date, continue with step 9.
8. Press NEXT. Year will be displayed, press Change to amend the year setting.
9. Press NEXT. The month will display, press Change to amend the month setting.

To set the date and time using Element Manager:

1. Open Element Manager and log in.
2. In the Task Navigation Panel click the Configuration tab.
3. Extend System and click Date and Time.
4. You can now change the settings in the right hand window, pressing TAB on the keyboard will save the settings

From Extension port 000 (usually station 200)

To Set Time

1. Press Intercom Dial #652
2. Enter Correct Time HH MM SS
3. Press Redial
4. Press Speaker

To Set Date

1. Press Intercom Dial #651
2. Enter Correct Time YY MM DD
3. Press Redial
4. Press Speaker

To Set Day of Week

1. Press Intercom Dial #653
2. Enter Day Code Sun=1, Mon=2,Tue=3,Wed=4, Thur=5,Fri=6. Sat=7
3. Press Redial
4. Press Speaker
